An application to consider a request for a Draft Plan of Subdivision, (Marleau Lots Development) with a corresponding Zoning By-law amendment from Residential 20 (RES 20) to Residential 20 with Exceptions (RES 20 EXC), on a vacant lot south of Marleau Avenue, east of Nick Kaneb Drive, west of Campbell Street and north of Hamilton Crescent. ***This item has now been deferred and will be reviewed at the next PAC meeting scheduled for Monday, August 15th, 2022. A memo notifying PAC members of the deferral was sent out on Tuesday, July 12th, 2022.
